Following the merger by incorporation of inPiazza, VoiSmart Group is officially established. The new group combines VoiSmart’s solid expertise in the telecommunications sector with inPiazza’s phygital solutions, specialized in managing and monetizing physical spaces to enhance the customer journey.
As of today, inPiazza represents the WiFi offering of VoiSmart Group, including Captive Portal, Guest WiFi, Location Analytics, and Passpoint solutions. At the same time, the Indoor Navigation solution 2Guide is now officially part of VoiSmart’s product portfolio as a QR code–based digital wayfinding platform.
With this merger, VoiSmart expands its technology offering, enabling customers, system integrators, telecom operators, public administrations, and large organizations (including healthcare, retail, airports, universities, and hospitality) to quickly deploy monetizable Guest WiFi services, location-based advertising campaigns, traffic analytics, and digital wayfinding solutions.
All solutions are available in both Cloud and On-Premise modes to meet data residency and compliance requirements based on customer needs.
